Jessica Turner discovered during her first pregnancy that yoga was an ideal way to prepare physically, mentally, and emotionally for birth. This transformative experience led her to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga teacher, and a Professional Birth & Postpartum Doula. She teaches both Prenatal Yoga and Babywearing Yoga classes at Embrace Wellness Collective. Jessica believes that peaceful mamas create a more peaceful world. It is an honor for her to support women during the transformation into motherhood!

The Green Baby Planet
Green Baby Planet started as a desire for two moms who wanted to provide products and knowledge for parents interested in cloth diapering, baby wearing, reusable menstrual products, attachment parenting, and green living. Jessica and Lauren are very passionate about using only the best, safest, most natural, and most eco-friendly products on their own little ones.
Their other passion is to educate (they're both public school teachers!) new parents and women about these green alternatives. The Cloth Diaper University blog aims to present information regarding anything and all about cloth diapers. #GBPlove blog is their way of providing their personal experience about green living, parenting, and especially reusable menstrual products.

Prenatal yoga also addresses the common discomforts of pregnancy, and gives mothers a safe space to talk about the physical and emotional experiences of pregnancy. Many mamas who take prenatal yoga say it was the best part of their pregnancy!
Babywearing Yoga is a fun way to return to exercise during the postpartum period! The emphasis is on bonding with baby, enjoying the body's strength, and meeting other mamas in the community!
